Jetsim Refer a Friend Program Terms and Conditions

This Jetsim Refer a Friend Program (hereinafter referred to as the 'Program') allows registered Jetsim users to refer friends and earn bonus credits, which can be used by users for future purchases through Jetsim. Please see the applicable terms and conditions outlined below.
This document constitutes the entire agreement between Jetsim and its users regarding the Program.
By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you have read and understood them.

1.1. To be eligible for the Program, the referring user (the 'Referrer') must:
• Have an active Jetsim account;
1.2. To be eligible for the promotion, the referred user (the 'Referred User') must:
• Be new to Jetsim and create an account using the referral link sent by the Referrer.

2.1. The Referrer should share their unique referral link from their Jetsim personal account dashboard with the Referred User. The number of referral links sent is not limited.
2.2. The Referred User, using the referral link to navigate to the special promotional page with the Program conditions, must register a personal account with Jetsim, where they will see a bonus of 4 bonus dollars.
2.3. The Referred User may use these bonus dollars to pay for purchases within Jetsim, provided that the bonus dollars do not cover more than 30% of the total purchase cost.
2.4. After the Referred User successfully completes their first purchase, the Referrer will also receive 4 bonus dollars, which will be visible in their personal account dashboard.
2.5. If the Referred User returns their first purchase after payment, the earned bonus dollars will be deducted from the Referrer's bonus balance.

3.1. Earned bonus dollars cannot be combined or used together with other promotions.
3.2. Bonus dollars are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash.
3.3. All earned bonus dollars have an expiration date that may be set in the personal accounts of both the Referrer and the Referred User in Jetsim.
3.4. Jetsim may, at its discretion, disqualify or reject the use of referral links and bonus dollars, including cases where the referral link has already been used or the Referrer or Referred User does not meet the eligibility requirements.
3.5. Jetsim reserves the right to cancel or modify the Program for any reason at any time, as well as to cancel or modify any order for the following reasons:
• Suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity.
• Abuse of the referral program, including the use of multiple accounts or multiple orders associated with the same customer or group of customers.
• Violation of the User Agreement.
